Refund Policy

In order to promote the transparency of commercial practices and safeguard the legitimate interests of consumers, exchanges and returns comply with the laws in force, namely Decree-Law nº24/2014 of 14 February and amendments introduced by Law nº47/ 2014 of July 28th.

The customer may exchange or return items purchased in the online store. The period for exchanges and returns can be carried out up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at your home and you must contact Walls, and must be provided with the order data.

The items to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in the original packaging. The consumer is only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from a manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of that good.

1. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Receipt of defective/damaged or exchanged items.

The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products with evidence of having been used, will not be accepted. The return of offers or items purchased with promotional codes will also not be accepted.

If you have received a defective, damaged or wrong size/model item, you must send an email with a photo of the item, your order number and invoice so that we can identify it and proceed with the termination of the contract. You will have to do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at your home.

Walls therefore reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product packaging, deciding on the possibility of returning or not the respective articles if it is concluded that their packaging is not intact.

3. Right of Free Resolution

In compliance with Decree Law nº 24/2014, which regulates contracts concluded at a distance, with a view to promoting the transparency of commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, Walls informs the following:

- The consumer has the right to freely terminate his contract within 14 calendar days, without having to indicate any reason;

- The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day on which the physical possession of the assets is acquired.

In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must inform us of your decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration, which must contain the following information:

- Recipient identification (if your communication is by letter);

- Sender ID - Name and Address

- Date (if your communication is by letter);

- Online Order number and date;

- Invoice-Receipt Number;

- Reference and quantity of Articles to be returned;

- Signature (if your communication is by letter).

You can do this by sending us your declaration in two ways:

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the withdrawal period

4. Free Resolution Effects

- In the event of termination of the contract, all payments made will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive method of normal shipping offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract.

- We make these refunds using the same payment method that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed to the contrary and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

- We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

- You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered to have been respected if you return the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired.

- You have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

- It is only responsible for the depreciation of the goods that results from a handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

So, regarding the goods to be returned, you should take into account the following:

- The product has not been used or tampered with.

- The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is not totally damaged.

- The product is complete and properly packaged in the original packaging (if the article consists of more than one piece, all pieces must be returned).
